Shipping Fees

• A shipping fee of ₹90 is applicable for orders below ₹1499.
• We offer free shipping for all orders above ₹1499.

Order Dispatch

• We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours of purchase (if placed before 10 a.m. on working days). However, it may take up to 2 working days in some cases.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. This includes the tracking number and the courier company handling your order.

If You Haven't Received Your Order

• If your order status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please inform us within 5-12 hours. This helps us resolve the issue promptly; we may be unable to investigate after this timeframe.
